Matthew and I were both raised up in the Lord and both served in ministry at Trinity Worship Center in Pharr. we know that doing “Kingdom Business” brought us closer together and being able to serve others together now as husband and wife is a greater blessing. Our youth pastor and mentor Steven Sheller offciated our ceremony along with the blessing of our Senior Pastor Robert L. Richardson.

As our relationship blossomed, we both loved being involved in church ministry & our church leaders always encouraged us to keep the Lord first. We prayed a lot! The Lord also sent various married couples into our lives that encouraged us to take the next step, divine appointed friends, who gave us Godly advice based on scripture and personal experience. He gave us strength and patience and I know that by trusting in Him and always seeking Him together in prayer brought us to where we are now.

Romans 8:25, “Though we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience, wait for it.” We trusted God and knew that if this was what God wanted for our lives that it would arrive. Now that we are Mr. & Mrs. Tagle we still look at each other and ask, “Are we really married?” and then giggle a little because being married is so wonderful! We are grateful that we waited on the Lord, & we know that even greater things are yet to come as we continue to put our trust and hope in Jesus.
